Search doesn't return all that it should

I'm clearly not getting all the search results I should -- I have the term 'Combination Lock' in several notes, but when I type 'Comb' in the search field, only one note is returned. Is there a way to rebuild the index.

    @cameron From the known issues page:

    1Password does not search beyond the first line of secure note items and the note fields in other items.

    That's likely your issue. Is "Combination Lock" beyond the first line in most of your notes?
