Null prompts

in Mac

In certain sites; I get a prompt that states: Cannot fill item in (null). I've discussed with AppleCare and they recommended I ask Agilebits; that perhaps the 1Password4 for iMAC (my software version 10.9 - Mavericks) is in conflict with Keychain. Is there a fix?

    There is a long thread about this here. See if it helps you. It's particularly relevant if you're running something like Sophos ant-virus software but there are discussions about other causes too.

    Also, be sure you're using the current version of 1Password - today (Nov. 16) that would be 4.0.8 if you're using the Mac App Store or 4.0.9 if you're using the AgileBits website version.
