Safari browser (null) error message when using go & fill from 1Password mini

Whenever I launch my default browser (Safari) to log into any website, I get this error message, even though the login actually does work. How can I get it to stop? I have no other extensions, and Safari is in my root applications folder.

  • Safari (Version 7.0 (9537.71))
  • 1Password (Version 4.0.5 (405001))
  • 1Password mini, and the relevant extension (4.0.1) are all updated and current.

    Did any information in the topic @Stephen_C mentioned help resolve your problem?

    If not, have you updated to 4.0.8 (Mac App Store) or 4.0.9 (Agile Web Store) and confirmed that none of the troubleshooting tips in 1Password fails to fill data are applicable?
