Syncing two macs over home network

I have a MacAir for when I am out and about and a MacMini at home. How can I sync the two through my home network, rather than via iCloud?

    Have a look at BitTorrent Sync. It works for me, Can't say if it will work for you. Like everything there is a bit of a learning curve…
