Extensions broken

I installed 1password for website, then purchased from store. Software worked fine for 24 hours. Then Safari and Chrome extensions started showing different database than 1password app and 1password mini. I repeatedly tried reinstalled the extensions, and the entire app, per this link:

Now I am worse off than before. In both safari and chrome extensions, when I press them, I'm presented with a transparent window that says the Null Vault. 1password mini and the main app continue to work fine.

Please advise.

    I'm sorry to hear that the 1Password upgrade has been difficult for you. To get a better idea of just what is going on inside your system, could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?

    Download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
