Upgrade from 1password 3 to 4?

I have a lisence for 1password 3. Do I have to pay full price to upgrade to 1password 4? If so, will you continue to support 1password 3, and is there any reason why 3 won't work in safari 7 on mac osx mavericks?

We're currently offering a 1Password 4 for Mac "50% off upgrade price" sale. :)
1Password 3 is still supported and runs on OS X Mavericks, although its no longer actively developed (with the exception of some 1Password Extension updates, currently in beta).
