Where is the download?

I'm going in circles. I bought the upgrade for 1 Password 4 for Mac and paid on the Agilebits website. I downloaded the license. When I try to find the download I keep getting directed to the App store where it wants me to pay another $49.99. I can't find the download on the site. I can see my credit card was charged and I'm trying to follow the directions but I'm going in circles.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?
