It would be great if you created a category for "Warranties"

I was trying to find the warranty number on something I own and found that all of mine are not in one central place. Things like, mattress, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, computer, phone, etc. It would be awesome if under the category there was

Date Purchased
Location of Purchase: (website - store - etc)
Warranty #
Date Warranty expires
Website for product
Warrant Phone number

I think this would make things a lot easier when exercising a warranty on a defective or broken product.

    AFAIK, Custom categories are a planned feature but being a moderator and not an employee I am not privy to any inside details. The team usually don't talk about dates a item is going to be introduced. Sometimes design or developmental changes may necessitate pushing a feature back or a serious bug may need to be squashed and so forth.

    But, both of us are equally looking for a section for things Hardware / warranty related.

    Thanks for letting me know I am not alone in the dark here and I have a kindred spirit.
