App doesn't save settings! Acts like a fresh instal every time I open it. :( I want a refund!

This has to be the worst software upgrade I have ever paid for!!!!!!!!! I love the 1Password 3 and recommended it to everybody so I was very excited to see a fresh new version. After my purchase I spent over 1hr trying to get it set up which was very frustrating with all the bugs it was a chore. After I get it installed and my data transferred I thought the aggravation was behind me. Every singe time I close the app absolutely NONE of the settings are saved so when I re-open the app it goes thru all the setup prompts. This app is now aggravating to use after years of absolutely loving 1password 3 I want a refund for the upgrade cost and the time wasted on setting it up no less that 50 times.
