Firefox Plug-in doesn't appear in pop-ups

My work e-mail system opens a new browser window (I use Firefox) after logging into our VPN, to login to the mail system. The toolbar button for 1Password doesn't appear on the new window. True, some other buttons from plug-ins aren't there. But others (such as Evernote) are. I suspect that there is some setting when you make a plug-in to indicate if it appears on new windows (popups?) or not. Can we have the 1Password plug-in button appear?

    I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we have been a bit overwhelmed since the launch of 1Password 4 for Mac. We're all working hard and putting in extra hours to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.

    I'm not quite sure why this is happening for you. Do you see the same behaviour in other browsers? (Because it has been a few days since your original post, please also make sure you are updated to the latest version of 1Password and let me know if the issue persists.)
