I'm sorry that 1Password isn't filling your login credentials. Have you already installed 1Password in the browser? You can find it here:

If you already have 1Password in the browser installed then can you tell me a little more about the issue? Do you see the 1Password icon when you click on a username or password field on a page? What happens when you click on that icon?
