1Password Vault showing locked using Chrome extension but not when using Safari extension
I have a two vaults:
1. one for personal use and
2. one for work use.
Both have different master passwords for security.
On my Mac using the Chrome extension to get to the Settings, I:

For me the cause and fix was as follows:
* I previously had everything working through Chrome plugin
* Installed the OSX 1password Application
* 1password Chrome plugin didn't work and showed account as locked
Fix
* Sign into www.1password.com
* Sign Out of the Chrome Plugin and sign back in again.
