Browser extension not unlocking even when app is unlocked
Recently, probably when I updated to Mac OS 14.4, something happened that prevented me from unlocking my vaults with the browser extension, so now I need to copy and paste all the time rather than us...

12 months agoI'm sorry that you're running into trouble with SSH. I see that you have an open ticket for this issue and one of my colleagues will send you another reply soon.
But back to the current issue, there are no error messages in the browser console at all, however, I have managed to discover one thing: If I copy-paste the password into the browser extension dialogue it works, but every time I manually type it, no matter how carefully, it does not work.
Are you able to log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (the web app, not the browser extension) when you type in your account password?
You mentioned trying 1Password 8 regularly, do you currently have both 1Password 8 and 1Password 7 installed on your Mac at the same time? That can sometimes cause issues. If you do then do you know if integration between the desktop app and the browser extension is turned on for both desktop app versions? If you don't know how to check then let me know and I'll post steps.
