Bug: chase.com - chrome extension fails to show 1password icon in login entry boxes

snoringelephant, I appreciate the additional information. I was able to reproduce the issue when using the Open and Fill button.

The problem you're running into aligns with the known issue our development team is tracking on Chase.com. I added you as an affected user to our internal reporting. I apologize for the inconvenience.

If you navigate directly to https://www.chase.com/ on Chrome without using the Open and fill button, does the 1Password icon appear in the password field?
