Corrupted Chrome extension

Two or three times lately, the 1Password PC extension has stopped working on Chrome. When I look further, I find the extension has been corrupted. Attempts to repair the extension are unsuccessful, so I delete it and add it again.  The frequency of this is my concern.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

It happened again today. This is very frustrating.

Here is the screenshot showing the extension may have been corrupted.

    Any suggestions at all?

Please show us the link to the "1Password PC extension" extension which you installed, explain or show what happened when you "[found] the extension has been corrupted" and what you did "to repair the extension".

You didn't mention or tag on what platform you are running Chrome, or what version of Chrome. This may be relevant.

I am running Chrome Version 143.0.7499.170 (Official Build) (64-bit) on a PC with Windows 11 Home Version 25H2.

When I noticed the 1Password extension was no longer pinned to my browser, I opened Manage Extensions. There was a message next to 1Password that said the extension may have been corrupted. There was an option to repair or remove the extension. I chose repair --- but that did not work. So I removed the extension & reinstalled the one from this link - https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/1password-%E2%80%93-password-mana/aeblfdkhhhdcdjpifhhbdiojplfjncoa
