Thanks for the clarification.
The web app does not check constantly if the extension is unlocked - that would require us to actively have our servers sending requests to the extension and vice versa, which is not something we want.
The solution here is to open the extension in a static window. Here's how:
- Open the extension.
- Select the login item you need and view its details.
- Click the button at the bottom that has two squares and and arrow coming out of them. That will open the item in a new floating window that will remain open.
You can keep opening such floating windows for as many items you want - they'll move behind the browser when you focus the browser's window again but will remain open for as long as the extension is unlocked.
