You can post any websites where 1Password doesn't suggest a masked email alias here on the forum and I, or one of my colleagues, can review the webpage and file an issue. The https://www.brooksrunning.com website that you've provided is interesting because the form that you're referring to doubles as both a sign in and sign up forum. If you click "Sign up" after manually filling in an email/password the website then opens another form and copies over the email address and password to the form in your first screenshot where you're asked to complete registration.
I've filed an issue with our team so that they can see how best to identify the email address field in a hybrid form of this sort. I've also noted that 1Password doesn't offer to generate a password for that form either. Thank you for the report!
