How to set autofill for filling in contact details when you land on a new site Chrome?

xandarar sorry for the late reply. It looks like you have a Login item selected. I'm afraid that a Login item will not be able to fill any name fields (unless you create a custom field to hold the values and even then, it may not work).
To fill the first name and surname fields on that form, you would have to select an Identity item with that info. Your Identity items are here: https://share.cleanshot.com/9m5plx
To fill the email address and confirm email fields, you would have to click into them, review the suggestions provided by 1Password, and then select the suggestion you'd like to fill. An example of that can be seen here: https://share.cleanshot.com/0ahytK
