Logon failures with MyChart in Firefox

I'm sorry that you and your users are running into an issue when filling login credentials into MyChart in Firefox. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following: 

1. Are you opening the item in the 1Password app, or the pop-up from Firefox's toolbar, and then clicking "Open and fill"? If you are then do you run into the same issue when clicking on the login suggestion on the page itself: 
   
   
2. If you turn off autosubmit then does the issue still occur: Click the 1Password icon in Firefox's toolbar > click on the Login item for MyChart > click on the three dots in the upper right corner > click "Don't sign in automatically". 

Are you also able to provide the MyChart website address where 1Password is failing to fill login credentials? If you don't want to post it in the public community, you can send the website address to support@1Password.com along with a link to this thread.
