Hi @ZachD:

By any chance, do you have two-factor authentication enabled for your 1Password account?

If you do, please follow these steps after making sure you have a copy of your Emergency Kit handy:

  1. Log in to 1Password.com with your account details. Use the following guide to turn off two-factor authentication on your account:
  2. Turn on two-factor authentication for your 1Password account
  3. Right click on the 1Password icon in the browser’s toolbar.
  4. Select Settings. Under the General section, disable the Integrate with 1Password app setting.
  5. Scroll down to the “Accounts & vaults” section, and sign out of your account there.
  6. Open & unlock the 1Password desktop app.
  7. Re-enable two-factor authentication for your 1Password account following the guide from step 1
  8. You should be prompted to perform two-factor authentication in the 1Password app.
  9. Re-add your account to 1Password in Chrome (from step 4).
  10. Restart your computer.
  11. Open and unlock the 1Password desktop app, then open Chrome and turn on "Integrate with 1Password app" from step 3.
