1 year agoHello, cvadmin. Thank you for reaching out.
I've done some testing on my end and noticed the email addresses from my identity items were being offered rather than the New Yorker account credentials. Our development team is aware of this problem, and I've added you as an affected user to our internal reporting.
In the meantime, I recommend adding https://id.condenast.com as a secondary website URL to your Login item and using the 1Password extension pop-over to autofill the credentials. Here's how:
- Open and unlock the 1Password desktop app.
- Locate the New Yorker Login item and click Edit.
- Click + add another website and paste the URL:
https://id.condenast.com. - Click Save.
- Navigate to the New Yorker's sign-in page.
- Click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar.
- Click Autofill on your New Yorker Login item.
I hope that helps.
