9 months agoI'm sorry that 1Password for Safari wasn't as reliable as it should have been on your Mac. Are you still seeing the issue with the latest version? If you are then the team would be interested in seeing what's going wrong, there are a few open issues for the extension and we might be able to identify some workarounds or solutions for you. If you're still able to reproduce the issue then can you send in the following:
- The extension console log: https://support.1password.com/cs/extension-console-log/
- A diagnostics report: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/
Attach both files to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com
.
With your email please include:

I have gotten used to using Universal Autofill and for the most part that works well. However, the main thing Universal Autofill cannot do is to provide passkeys. Implementing a Native Password Autofill extension would allow that to work and make the UX of filling passwords/passkeys across the OS better.
Thank you for the feedback, I've shared it with the team. For the time being, if you're not using the extension, you can still sign in with a passkey in Safari by choosing the QR code option and scanning it using a mobile device that has the 1Password app installed.
