Web clipper doesn't update Safari logins

MacOS 12.6.1 1Password 8.9.8. Trying to reset a password on some websites I hit "Save" but nothing happens. The "Updating existing item" dialogue box stays open and cannot be closed with the Upda...

Thanks. The test login page did work and password saving did work on some sites. Let's put on the back burner. If I experience the problem again I'll follow your instructions above and update.
