Thank you for the screenshot. 1Password should not open two popups after successfully integrating with the desktop app as your screenshot, so it is not normal. In this case, can you please right-click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar > Select "Remove Extension" and get a fresh copy of 1Password from here to see if it makes a difference?
