I am sorry to hear that reinstalling 1Password didn't do the trick. After integrating with the desktop app, when 1Password in the browser is locked, it should always ask you to unlock via the 1Password mini. In this case, can you please send us an email to our support page here? After sending us an email, please send me the ticket number so I can find you quickly.
