Did macos 14.1.2 break ssh-agent integration?

Did macos 14.1.2 break the ssh-agent integration?
I am only getting:
Too many authentication failures
and
ssh-add -l
Error connecting to agent: No such file or directory
...
Nevermind it was something else respectively combination of.
