op version 2.32.1

Version 2.32.1 of op was released 19 hours ago via Docker hub https://hub.docker.com/r/1password/op, but I still don't see it released anywhere else. I don't see any binaries for any other platforms (like Windows or MacOS), or more importantly release notes at https://app-updates.agilebits.com/product_history/CLI2 about what was updated. Was this docker release an official release? How did it get so far ahead of releasing the other tools?
