Just got charged again but need to cancel and refund please?

Hi, I just got charged 35.88 and I do NOT want service, and thought I had cancelled or not signed up for recurring billing? I can't get into my account because I don't have a 'secret key' and I don't have the software installed and would like to not have to install it again. Please help, thanks. My name is Tom Casper.
