Can you help me resolve my issue and close out my other account which i am not actively and do not have the master password anymore. I am still getting billed for this account and need your help to close that account. I would greatly appreciate it :)

    I see you've also emailed us regarding this issue. As we'll need to dig into some of your account details in order to address this for you unfortunately we're not able to work through this issue here, in the public forum.
