When using the 1Password extension on Chrome the the extension bubble will only display in one of my google accounts and not the other.

If you are using separate Chrome profiles for each account you'd need to install the extension in each. :) Chrome extensions are per-profile.

Hi Ben we have install the extension on both profiles but only one will display the 1PW icon in the login window

Is it the "1Password X" extension that you have installed in both profiles, or do you have the "1Password extension (desktop app required)" extension installed in one? Only 1Password X puts the 1Password icon in form fields like you're showing in the screenshot you posted.
