Cancelled membership - remaining balance
Hello.
I've cancelled my 1Password membership after buying a year and then switching to month to month. I figured I'd get reimbursed the yearly fee but apparently it just went on a gift card or on my account. I've cancelled my subscription but still have about $20ish in remaning balance.
Could I get this balance paid back to me since I will not longer be using this?
