This error is most often caused by exceeding the maximum number of family members allowed. I would suggest reaching out to our sales team at
sales@1password.com
for assistance. When you email them you'll get a support ID back from BitBot. Please post that ID here so we can be sure your issue is addressed quickly.Thanks.
