Primary Profile Locked error
I am upgrading from 1password stand alone that I purchased from iTunes in 2014. I completed the registration for a 1pasword subscription with my email address and password and received the following error "Primary Profile Locked". I am not able to log into my account, because I never received the my secret key. Any suggestions? I don't have any data on my 1password.com account.

It looks like the account setup completed. We may need to recreate the account since you don't have the secret key.
Could you please send an email to support@1password.com and reply here with the Support ID you receive?
Include a link to this forum thread so we can find it easily.
