Categories not visible on ios for Family Account

Have been using 1Password for years on several devices, Mac, iPone, iPad, etc. Have just recently created a Family account, shared with family, shared vault, seems to be OK but on Family members iPhones, if you go to the app, and click the Categories icon, the page is blank. They have to click in the search field to see everything in the shared vault. On my main account all the Categories still show up, like they always have.

    Do these folks have a + icon at the top right of the Categories screen on iOS? Also do they have access to any other devices? If so do the categories appear properly there?

  • They showed up after a couple of hours. Weird but seems to be OK now.
