I am unable to log into my account and I am not sure if I have a secret key and if I do I cannot find it because I cannot log in

    Our email support team generally answers queries in the order they are received (based on the time stamp on the latest message). By continuously replying to yourself you're bumping yourself to the end of that queue each time. I understand this is an urgent request, and it has been flagged as such. That does put you in line in front of those who have not indicated urgency. I'll do my best to make sure you get a response shortly, but continuing to email us will further delay the process.
