@stinky2nine: Thanks for contacting us. I’m sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately, since this page does not have a login form or any username or password input fields, 1Password does not understand it well. For the moment 1Password can not save and fill correctly there.

    However, you may be able to use this to try to work around this difficulty:
website
https://direct.jp-bank.japanpost.jp/tp1web/U010101WAK.do?link_id=ycDctLgn"
          }

},

          },

          }

linked items
Related Items"
          }
        ]

SL5
ゆうちょダイレクト | ログイン",

    1. Save the quoted text above in a text file on your computer.
    2. Change the file name to make sure it ends in the extension .1pif. If it is .txt or something else it won't be recognized.
    3. In the 1Password desktop app, go to (1Password for Mac) File > Import > Other > 1PIF / (1Password for Windows) 1Password > Import > 1PIF, and then select the 1PIF file you saved.
    4. Select the item you imported, it will have a tag with the import date.
    5. Enter edit mode and replace the placeholder values for "focus1", "focus2", and "focus3" with your real account credentials, replacing "1234", "5678", "9900", to be filled into the "okyakusamaBangou1", "okyakusamaBangou2", and "okyakusamaBangou3" fields on the web page.
    6. Save the changes to the item.

    I hope this helps. We'll see if we can find an easier solution in the future. If you have further questions, please let me know.

    Thanks!

    I don't see nor can I edit the placeholder values in the edit mode (step 5). See screenshot.

    Is there some special setting that I need to enable in 1Password?

    Hi @stinky2nine,

    If you click the View Saved Form Details button you'll find the fields Brenty was referring to. That should allow you to complete the steps and hopefully things work :smile:

    @stinky2nine: I'm really sorry for not mentioning that part. I knew I was forgetting something. Thanks, lil bobby!
