Getting 1PW to work on my child's laptop

Hello Team Agilebits!

I hope you are all very well! I was hoping you could help me. I have a family account and I have recently set up my child's account. The issue I am facing is that I can't seem to get the Chrome browser or the 1PW app to work on his Windows laptop using his master password. After deleting the 1PW app and removing the Chrome extension and clearing the cache and re-adding the extension (and re-installing a new 1PW app), both will only work using my master password but not his.

Please let me know if I am missing something! Thank you in advance!

    In 1Password for Windows under Accounts please make sure your son's account is listed and yours is not.
