Two accounts under one e-mail adress
I think I have two accounts under one e-mail adress and I need to know how to delete the one which is NOT named "Ruediger".
First of all I downloaded a test version for 30 days and named the account "Ruediger". Next day I received an e-mail on my e-mail account with "you did the first step, please register". So I did and now I have two accounts on one e-mail adress which frustrates me a lot.
I am not able to delete the wrong one and I have two safes also - one under each account. Please help to delete the wrong one.

Please be careful to delete the correct one though, as once deleted a membership cannot be restored.
