Suggestion: Use fixed-width-digit font variation for credit card number/expiration

When rendering the number and expiration date of a Credit Card item, it would be nice if you selected the fixed-width-digit variation of the font. This way if I'm flipping through multiple items these fields don't keep changing the placement of the digits. This is very minor but it kind of bugs me.

Also consider using this for phone # fields.
