Desktop app account not registering
Hello! I need a bit of help. I can't seem to get my account started on the desktop app. When I go to Account > Sign in the 'sign in' bit is greyed out. When I go to add the license and scan my barcode nothing happens. Any advice :)? I tried reinstalling it and it didn't seem to help. I did see this problem posted earlier but it didn't have a solution so I'm not sure what to do from here. Thanks in advance!
