I need to move from App Store annual subscription to AgileBits direct subscription

Hello,
I have a 1Password annual subscription paid through App Store which is valid until 21-Jul-2019.
Is it possibile to cancel that subscription and get a new one directly paid directly to 1Password with paying twice these last 6 month remaing?
I need to do that just because i need to change the region in the Apple App Store and I can't do that without stopping all the subscription I have.

I hope you can answer quickly to my request.

    I've flagged your email for follow up by our sales team but to resolve the immediate concern: you can cancel your subscription through Apple and your membership will remain active until the end of the billing period. So you have until then to get the rest sorted out. Our sales team will be able to better assist with the balance.
