Upgrade Individual Account to Family Account
I would like to upgrade my individual account to a family account. I have my cancelled my subscription in iTunes. Requesting help with next steps.

I am no support, only a newbie, but according to this :https://support.1password.com/apple-subscription/ I would think, that if you can change account type, that would be on web and only after your subscription expires (I assume you have canceled the auto-renewal).
