Quite a website issue or an extension issue?
Hi,
I'm having a problem saving my login information here: https://tecartabible.com/#Login (regardless if I press enter on my keyboard or click on the "Sign in" button)
I have even tried to press on the "Save New Login" feature of 1Password and even to select "Search All Fields" yet my login credentials weren't saved. It seems that 1Password malfunctions and just simply would not function entirely like there's a delay or it's waiting for something which is why I would need to restart it.
And randomly while using it, the app it asks me to install the Chrome browser extension even though it's already installed. It shows a message to install the Chrome extension.
Looking forward for the issue to be resolved.
And hopefully on the Android app of the same site, 1Password would also work and save my login credentials or just automatically log me in.
I have checked https://support.1password.com/save-login-manually/ and https://support.1password.com/extension-troubleshooting/ and considering of doing this https://support.1password.com/starting-over/ but aftraid to start over as I am scared that it might delete everything in the cloud?
I'll be waiting for your reply. Thanks!
Another thing, the shortcut key to manually "Save New Login" is Cmd + N which basically just launches a new browser window.
Thanks.
1Password Version: 7.2.4
Extension Version: 4.7.3.90
OS Version: macOS Mojave 10.14.3
Sync Type: 1Password Cloud

Can you try the beta version of our extension please and see how you get along. You'll need to remove the current one installed and then you can install the beta version from 1Password extension - Chrome Web Store. It's almost identical to the stable version with one exception, it has support for shadow DOMs. They will be supported by a stable version of the extension soon but for the moment it's only in the beta. This site uses them which would explain the trouble you're having, with the fields hidden behind shadow DOMs the extension currently does not see the fields and 1Password does not respond when nothing worth saving is returned.
I'm not sure why 1Password is occasionally telling you to reinstall the extension, that one may take some investigating. I'm aware of one issue but it only occurs after 1Password has updated itself and as you're running the stable version (based on the version number) that wouldn't explain you seeing this with any regularity. I'm not sure what's happening there.
On the last point, the keyboard shortcut ⌘N only works from inside 1Password mini I'm afraid, that's likely why the browser is reacting and not 1Password. Would that fit with when you experience it?
