1Password 官网提供的浏览器插件安装后在 Firefox 和 Chrome 平台上均无法工作，始终处于灰色不可点击状态，但在 Edge 浏览器上可正常工作，在桌面程序中显示仅连接到 Microsoft Edge 浏览器。重新安装 1Password 浏览器插件和重启电脑均无法解决此问题。

    Hi @Huang_,

    I think the best way of resolving this will be for us to review a diagnostic report. With this in mind can you:

    1. Restart your PC.
    2. Launch 1Password and unlock.
    3. Launch Firefox and confirm the extension is not working.
    4. Launch Chrome and confirm the extension is not working.
    5. Whilst 1Password, Firefox and Chrome are all running create a diagnostic report and send it in. This link will guide you through the steps and has sections for the various supported versions of 1Password. The steps for Windows assume 1Password for Windows is installed and accessible as you create the diagnostic report from within the application itself (not in the browser).

    How to send a 1Password diagnostics report

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums

    The email address you will want to use is support+extension@1password.com.

    Once you've sent the report you should received an automated response from us with a ticket ID. If you can post that ticket ID here it will help us locate your diagnostic report and we'll see what it reveals.
