Created account, but system froze, I received no key. support ID is [#MKB-18882-376]
I created an account via the 1password desktop client on MacOS. Something went array and I never saw my Secret Key, nor had I the chance to download my emergency kit.

Obviously I can't sign in, without a key. What do I have to do, I have existing data from years using your product. I do not want to lose my data.
I have however received an email stating that the account is ready, but obviously I can't sign in.

If you've been syncing with iCloud then your data is still in iCloud. :)
