How do I stop my 1password window from popping up every time I open or close an application?

Every time I open or close an application, my 1password window pops up from the dock. Very annoying! How do I stop it?

Thanks for the link, @iceout. @easplastic, the short story is that we still have behaviors we're trying to tame with regards to activating the main window. We've got issues filed and are looking into it.
