My password is not accepted in 1password 7 for mac.

I have been using 1Password on my work computer, my iPhone, and both work fine. I am also able to log on to the website. I have tried uninstalling 1password from my computer and re-downloading and re-installing it several times. When I type in my master password (which again works fine on all other platforms) the password field shakes and the lock turns red.

    Good morning, @jacksonopp. I'm sorry for the trouble you're having unlocking 1Password for Mac. It sounds like you may have a discrepancy in the password 1Password will accept. Could you do me a favor and send me a diagnostic report from a device that does accept your Master Password and one from your Mac that will not? Here are the instructions on how to do so:

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+roo@1password.com.
