what to do about unable to verify account message
I am trying to add my wife's macOS to a family account. I upgraded to the Family account today. I scanned the account info and entered the Master Password (which I use every day) but get message saying unable to verify account. Very frustrating.
1Password Version: 7.2.4
Extension Version: safari
OS Version: mjave 10.14.2
Sync Type: iCloud

Good morning @PG52. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I took a look at your account and it doesn't appear you've invited your wife to your family account yet. We have some great documentation on how to do so here: https://support.1password.com/family-sharing/#invite-your-family
Hopefully that helps clear things up on your wife's Mac, but if not let me know and we can dig into it more.
