Error setting up SCIM

Good evening,

I'm attempting to setup SCIM on a CentOS 7 new installation and am receiving the following error..

[LOG] [0.8.2] 2019/02/12 02:53:39 (INFO) Accepting provision manager account
[LOG] [0.8.2] 2019/02/12 02:53:40 (ERROR) 400: Invalid request parameters.
chmod: cannot access './scimsession': No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat './scimsession': No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat ‘./session/scimsession’: No such file or directory

Any help would be appreciated
