1Password 7 will not launch, "Validating 1Password 7" window keeps popping up.

Pseudo randomly when I launch 1Password 7 it will ask for my AppleID to validate it the app. The window says something about having a different appleID when I purchased the app but that is not correct. At this point the icon in the dock will bounce, stop, bounce again, rinse and repeat. Then a small window with "Validating 1Password 7" appears. The only way to get the annoying little window to go away is to reboot. At this point 1Password is the only app I use that has this problem.

This problem has been around for what seems to be quite a long time, perhaps even into Mac OS 10.13, but I can't swear to it. In earlier manifestations, I would be told that the program was corrupted, should be deleted and then re-downloaded. I have done this and the newly downloaded code did not work, I have also downloaded and had the code run. More likely than not however it will not run until I reboot, if I reboot it always works. Even simply rebooting solves the problem.

I believe I sent in an email about this to the Support email address, [#VIB-73538-225] on February 1'st that included what I typically see in the console:

Unfortunately that was so long ago I can no longer recall exactly what I asked and the automated email did not contain a copy of my original question (with the length of time it takes to get a response you might want to consider including this in the reply ;) ). The automated reply is all I have received back. I did not forward on to the urgent support email address since I could not exactly recall what I wrote originally, which is more a problem with older memory than anything else.
